Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

This property was conveniently located for all our wedding activities, was roomy enough for all of us, well equipped and allowed for quiet, “away space” if needed. The front patio area, albeit small, was roomy enough for our group of 8. There were plenty of fun games for us to enjoy down time and was located near stores, eateries and the beach!

Property was beautiful and location is great for shopping and restaurants. There was a hot water issue with showers which I appreciate the help mid stay. Maybe the large home needs another tank? The kitchen range is fantastic!

We had our annual girls trip of 8 ladies this year in CDM. Lovely walkable area so close to gyms, food, and the water. Living space was a bit small and some chairs not as cozy as we hoped for but a great home to enjoy. Thanks!

The location was perfect! Right in the middle of CDM. The house was really compact. Lots of stairs. Our Master bed was really comfortable, but the pillows were not great. Very firm. All of the rooms were nice but small. Overall the house was nice and we’d stay again because it’s clean and great spot!

AvantStay made this a wonderful trip for our family. The property was very well maintained with great amenities. The location means it's just one block down from downtown CDM and a few blocks from the beach. Would definitely stay again. Worth noting - The WiFi was unreliable but we were there a short time so never asked them to look into it. I'm sure they would have. The bedrooms are also spread out - 1 bottom floor, 2 second floor, 1 third floor. If you have kids, they have baby gates for the stairs.

I want to be fair in my evaluation of the property with the understanding that I am very picky but I also own and operate several dozen rental units. I am also a property developer and builder so my opinions are backed by years of experience in the real estate sector. The unit is in very good location in a good neighborhood with the exterior being well designed and decently maintained. However, the interior needs some real work. The furnishing are extremely cheap for the upper tier nightly rental fee being requested as you would and should expect more. All of the bedrooms are small and the bed in the primary bedroom is especially terrible as it is made of memory foam topped by a cheap 4"-5" soft foam topper. The unit is also very much in need of a quality deep cleaning as appliances have a film on both the outside and inside. This unit has potential but we would not stay here again in it's current condition...especially at this price point.

Well located, adequate street parking, rooms and bathrooms plentiful for adult guests, good kitchen/great room setup. Walk to beach and Coast Highway shops/services/restaurants. Cute beach cottage-y neighborhood.
