Each of our bedrooms includes 1 comfortable queen-sized bed with a shared hallway bathroom equipped with a double vanity sink. HOME LOCATION Located on 42nd St between the Bay and the Beach you never need to walk more than one minute to put your toes in the sand! From the Volleyball courts on the beach, the bike path on the sand, or the Kayak/Paddleboard Launch on the bay you are never far from the excitement Newport Beach has to offer. From this location, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the Newport Peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike ride in one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far! Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away. Awesome spot for a family vacation. One tip is to use the fans for white noise to eliminate the street noise at night and early morning. Overall this was an amazing place and we would stay again. Property management was available and communicative. It is near the road and they do say that in the listing. One block from the beach and great access. Only one issue that I think is easily fixed. Most beach rentals have a couple of bikes and some beach items to use. There were a couple of chairs, umbrella and boogie boards - but the bikes all belonged to the downstairs tenants. Having a couple there would be great to get to the grocery store, boardwalk area, etc. Not a big enough issue to downgrade it from 5 stars, just an observational note. ##### Jason M.
