Wonderful location right by Balboa pier. Fun to ride bikes and walk along the boardwalk that runs right in front of the place. Also a five minute walk to the Balboa ferry. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a nice 2 mile walk up to Newport pier. Wonderful, clean space for our family of six. Owner super responsive. ##### Mandy T.
