And because of its prominent corner location (just one house back from the boardwalk!), the white water views are plentiful without having to pay beachfront prices. Thoughtfully arranged to provide a stress-free, clean and comfortable environment, our guests can relax immediately upon arrival. All rooms are light and bright with lots of natural sunlight and with easy access to outdoor living. Highly recommended I would rent this property again in a heartbeat! It's always nerve racking renting something online for a large group. Things are not always as they seem in pictures, so I was holding my breath when I walked it, but it was honestly nicer than I was even hoping for. The living room and kitchen is very spacious with a nice balcony off of the main floor (unit B). The 3 queen bedrooms are what you would expect for a beach rental, and the master bedroom (king) is huge. Both bathrooms have great showers and are newly renovated. The best part of the house is definitely the ROOFTOP!! It is much bigger than the picture's give it credit for! We probably spent about 50% of our time relaxing and grilling on the roof. Location is great, you can see the ocean from the rooftop and the main floor balcony. It is a 5 minute walk to the main grocery store on the peninsula and a 10-15 minute walk to the pier which has a lot of restaurants/bars. Great time, highly recommended!! ##### Jon B. There needs to be more personal items and essentials in the kitchen and bathrooms (toilet paper, shower items etc.). They do provide basic starter supplies and we bought more at the pavilions down the street but a few more touches would be preferred, especially at the price point. The tv could have had better selections. Didnt want to log in to our streaming accounts but then couldnt get just basic tv channels. Made watching the World Series difficult. There was a little fenced area on the side of the building to store bikes securely. Also took great use of the outdoor shower when returning from the beach. The kitchen floor was filthy. We wiped something up and the entire rag was black with old grime. There is no way it was mopped before we got there. The hand mixer was covered in food from prior guests. The doors around the door handles were black with grime. Both showers clogged and filled up with several inches of water. The couch pillows were dirty and old. The rugs were dirty, Many of the lamps were crooked and near breaking. Many of the blinds were broken. The coffee table is on the verge of breaking. Some of the ceiling lights didn't work. ceiling fans were covered in a strange yellow gooey dust. I have photos of everything. We asked that your company consider not charging us the cleaning fee as the unit was not clean however, the representative stated that they offered to come mop but we declined their offer so no discount or refund will be given. I told her the reason we declined their offer was because we were in the middle of making dinner for 13 people and it was not a good time to come and mop the kitchen. She never told us that it was a requirement for us to accept that offer or any other negotiations regarding the cleaning fee would be off the table. Had we known that we would have had you come and inconvenience us and interrupt our dinner to do the job your company didn't do in the first place. The unit is extremely rundown and neglected. Super clean and enjoyable stay. Lack of AC was a bummer but the location and place make up for the heat 😊 Rented both the top and bottom for the weekend and we loved the top deck.
