There are two queen mattresses available in each unit (4 total) to accommodate the additional occupancy. \- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. Parking Details: 2 assigned parking spaces located behind the house( 1 per unit). Street parking may also be available on Seashore Dr and 38th St ( Please note the street sweeping schedules). We rented the whole property (both upstairs and downstairs units). The kitchen was well stocked between the 2 kitchens. Some of the things like cheese grater only the upstairs unit had or things like that. We loved the outdoor space and outdoor eating and fire pit. They had a ton of toys and chairs for the beach that were awesome to have available. The only bummer was that we had a lot of flys get inside because they were hanging out near the pavement by the sliding door. Not sure if there is anything to do about that but make sure you keep the door closed or clean the ground outside. lol! ##### Sarah D.
