Near one of Newport's best surfing beaches and just steps to sand. The perfect beach house for a family vacation. Only 4 houses from the sand. It has been professionally decorated and fully furnished with everything you need for your home away from home. Entering the front dutch door, you step into the living room with vaulted ceilings, living area and a flat screen TV. Heading toward the front of the property, you will find a sliding door leading to a patio with a bbq, patio table, chairs and umbrella. Stepping back in the property there is a quaint dining table just off of the all-white, newly remodeled kitchen. Stacked laundry unit is just off the living room, a convenience not always found in beach homes. 2 bedrooms and 1 freshly remodeled full bathroom. 1 parking spot in a shared garage with front lower unit. The garage is very small and tight. COMPACT CARS ONLY, larger cars will have to find street parking. Only 2 small cars will fit and even then it will be a tight fit. Additional free parking be found on the surrounding neighborhood streets. SLP13745 \*Please be aware there is construction next door. Location is great and just a short walk to the beach. However, our towels were old , dingy, stained and smelled bad. One of the comforters was soiled. The management company was very nice and sent new replacements sometime that day but we had a hard time reaching anyone in the morning. Furnishings could use some updating. Sofa is old, soiled and stained. Throw pillows are stained and torn. It would be very helpful if there were instructions for using the washing machine and dryer. The television instructions provided referenced cable T.V. and this unit didn't have cable. The streaming service we use wasn't on the menu, and we spent hours trying to figure how to get something we liked. Perhaps the property owner could consider providing a code from their own streaming service to their paying guests so that guests will be able to watch what they like. We spent way too much time on these problems. . ##### Joani P. Beautiful and bright beach condo! The house and beds were clean, just a few steps away from the sand, easy check in and check out process. Feedback would echo more mirrors and bathroom towels. But we made due ! :) We had to change our dates last minute and you guys were super accommodating, thank you! Even allowed us to check in early last minute! Thank you. Note to future renters-Make sure IF your car doesn’t fit into their parking garage that you plan on knowing how to parallel park on small streets and small spaces if you’ve never been to this area ;), if you happen to not be able to find a spot, there’s a large open “superior lot” that was open .3 miles away to park at by the Jack N the box that we needed on 1 night that we went out to eat.
