We had an excellent stay here - you're a few minute walk from the beach and all the action (restaurants, bars, coffee, etc) yet it's still incredibly quiet. The AC unit is powerful and everything is brand new and hotel-like-clean! The ONLY reason that I took off one star is the parking and the noise from the upper unit. There is off street parking for the lower unit which is pictured, but if a car is parked on the street in front of it (100% chance that will happen as it's a busy street), it's incredibly difficult to back into. It wasn't even worth trying for us. Additionally, it is a lower unit which is incredibly clear in the listing; however, you could really hear most things in the upper unit - every footstep, drawer open, toilet flush. It wasn't too bothersome but it's just noticeable. If things like that bother you definitely book the upper unit. The upper unit also gets the garage space. Besides those two things, this was the perfect spot and we'd definitely book again and stay in the upper unit next time! ##### Allie K.
