The home comes with a Flat screen TV, WiFi, Propane BBQ, Washer and Dryer, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels, 2 car garage, Beach Chairs, and 3 Bicycles. Home professionally managed by Tower 17 Properties located in Newport Beach CA. This property is centrally located on 17th Street between the Balboa and Newport Beach piers. You can walk or ride our bikes to anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach. HOME LOCATION Located just a few minutes from the Balboa Pier and just a quick walk to the Fun Zone, & Balboa Island Ferry you are never far from the Action. Directly out in front of the Home is miles of beach where you will find Volleyball Courts, Fire-Pits, and the occasional flag football/ultimate frisbee tournament just off to the Right. From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, balboa island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute ride 1 way) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Paddle-board Lessons all within a 2-15 minute walk, you will never need to travel far. For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks across the Street. For those of you with kids, the Balboa Fun-Zone is also just across the street making this home an ideal location for families. For those of you with the itch to shop, we recommend hopping on the ferry to Balboa Island. If you can't find what you are looking for, the world-famous Shops at Fashion Island has it all located just a 5-minute taxi ride from the Island. The kitchen is very well stocked with high-quality everything. The bedrooms and living areas are spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent being on the ocean, near the pier, and across the street from a nice park. We enjoyed every day sitting on the front porch watching people go by. Our family rented this property and had an absolutely wonderful time! The house is exactly as pictured; beautiful, clean, and well stocked with everything you could need to cook, clean, and enjoy your time at the beach. Plenty of soft, comfortable beach and bath towels, beach toys, games for indoor and outdoor use, comfortable beds and everything you could need in the kitchen. The property manager was very helpful and communicated well with us and even checked to see how the trip was going for us halfway through our stay.
