It is in a great location in Newport Beach, with a 15 min walk into town near the Pier with restaurants, stores, etc. We spent a lot of time on the patio which is right on the beach. Loved the window-filled house with second patio on the balcony upstairs. Nice, clean rooms with a lot of space. Easy parking in the garage. Will definitely stay here again! ##### Heather R.
