Nov 30, 2025 Liked: Check-in, communication, location When we arrived the first thing we noticed was that there were no shades on two of the bedrooms facing the street. We had to purchase some quick Amazon plastic shades to get us through the trip. The upstairs bunk room had an open window that was broken. There was no screen on this broken window. It was a little terrifying having my young children in this bedroom. The house feels cold, and although the kitchen has recently been updated, it feels very dated. The downstairs and master bathroom also had broken windows. The floor plan is awkward and there are only four dining chairs available for a four bedroom house. The patio furniture is always soaking wet and it’s not usable.The heat went out during our stay and anytime the hair dryer was going all the upstairs outlets went out. When I mentioned some of the issues we were having to property management they rectified them as best they could. I do give them a lot of credit for that. It’s in a great location and you can walk a lot of different places. There needs to be a little bit more TLC put into this property before they can justify selling it at the price that they are. ##### Anna M.
