Only 2 houses from the sand, our downstairs 3 bedroom/2 bath family beach home is perfect for your family getaway in California's vibrant beach environment, any time of the year! Our property is conveniently located just steps from the best beach in Newport, with restaurants, parks, coffee shop, mini mart and more, all within easy walking distance. Enjoy the clean ocean air and avoid the crowds; roam the beach or retire to your private secluded yard for a family cookout. Here's what you'll find:

LIVING/DINING AREA:
- Leather sectional sofa

- Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)

EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: 
To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 1 twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows are provided. A twin rollaway bed can be rented in lieu of the mat, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.

- General free street parking in the area can also be utilized.

Just steps from the area's best beachfront, there is great surfing and lots of sea life on the nearby jetties. An easy stroll or bike ride to restaurants and shopping with fishing, boating and bike rental also within walking distance. Tennis, racquet ball and basketball courts nearby; 3 parks within walking distance. Easy day excursions to Disneyland/California Adventures, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and more! World class shopping at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza only 10-15 minutes away!

ALSO:
The upstairs 2 bedroom/1.5 bath accommodation (Unit B) can also be rented simultaneously, when available, to accommodate extra family or business guests on the whole property. See separate listing or contact our office for more details.

RECREATIONAL GEAR: 
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information.

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

Fun at the beach

House is as represented. We were a group of 7, 5 adults 2 children. The was an ample supply of linens and towels. Honestly the lead up to the stay was off putting. Many many warnings about city noise ordinance, parking, smoking etc. I now understand this as rows and rows of houses inches apart. However when we got there all was fine and easy. Very short walk to beach and centrally located to activities.

Easy acess to the beach

Great property just a hop skip and a jump to the ocean. Very accessible to local areas and the overall property was perfect for us. Would recommend and stay there again when we are back in town.

The location was great & convenient with easy access and the parking for two cars was especially appreciated. The house was spacious & perfect for our group. The back patio provided privacy from passers by & the BBQ was clean & worked well. The house, however, could use some updating. Since it’s the lower unit, we could clearly hear the occupants upstairs walking around.

Great location in Newport!

We had a nice Christmas holiday with family. The home was clean and looked like the pictures online.We had access to the laundry which was a plus. The house could have used some throw blankets as the leather sofa gets very cold in the winter. One note of caution, the hosts stay above you in the winter months and if you are a light sleeper or go to bed early, the footsteps would bother you.

Great Location!

House was very clean! Just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to everything in Newport Beach. Ideally located to Huntington State Beach and Long Beach. Kids enjoyed having beach chairs, towels and toys available.

Our Review

The house, while conveniently located, is old and worn. Cabinet doors don’t close properly and window coverings are worn and dirty. I spilled water on the kitchen floor and when I wiped it up, the paper towels were black from floor grime. We will not stay here again.

Great Newport Rental

This is a great rental that is only a short walk from the beach. It is very clean and comfortable with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beds are all very comfortable and the trundle is surprisingly comfortable. The rental company is very easy to work with an gave us all the information required for check in/check out. I would not hesitate to stay here again! The neighbors are all very nice and you are far enough from the pier that you will not hear the loud parties, but close enough that you can get there on a short bicycle ride. Most of the cooking "stuff" you will need is supplied, but there is not a skillet, crockpot, or any cooking spices. Only thing lacking is there is no napkins or paper towels and we ran out of toilet paper but very minor inconveniences. Last but not least the street sweeper comes on Tuesday so if you have a car parked in the road make sure you move it to avoid a $68 ticket!

We love the proximity to the beach. The unit was clean but definitely needs some updating. We cooked several meals so the well stocked kitchen came in handy. Since we had children with us TV was important but it was difficult to figure out, directions would have been helpful. The upstairs tenant seemed to be up at all hours of the night making a great deal of noise, my granddaughter said it like a herd of elephants stomping around. I doubt we would ever rent this unit again.

Great week!

This was a working vacation and we had a great week. The house was perfectly suited for two of us to be able to work without disturbing each other and then we spent the afternoons enjoying Newport Beach and nearby Laguna. The owner was occupying the unit above and was very friendly. The house was clean and well-appointed. We had a very relaxing week.

Great Location and beautiful home, lengthy Registration

My teammates stayed here during our Underwater Torpedo League tournament. They were able to rest well, prepare food for themselves, and get to the beach super easily. The only small issue with the house was a leak from the fridge that the management took care of asap, with great responsiveness. I respect that Newport Beach has rules in place to avoid getting their houses and neighborhood trashed by young adults who don't respect rental properties. I know that is why the process after I clicked Confirm was so lengthy, but just wanted to give people the heads up that you will be asked to respond to several emails signing contracts and sending license plate numbers, calling with the names and ages of all those staying there, and the primary renter has to take a photo upon arrival at the ring doorbell. It was a surprisingly thorough process and a bit annoying, although in the end I understand why they have these things set in place. That being said, my teammates were kept up one night because a neighboring house had the music blasting into the night...Guess those peeps were ignoring the contract. Overall, a beautiful place to stay.

Family beach trip

Perfect size for our family of 6. We loved our stay and how close to the sand we were. The neighbors were super nice and we would definitely stay again. It’s an easy check in and out process and the place is clean and had everything we needed. The back patio was a great size and was a relaxing place with lots of color. I highly recommend renting bikes if you don’t bring your own. We also loved being able to open the windows, love the ocean breeze. We are already planning another trip back!
