It is very spacious across 3 floors and the views are incredible. The kids loved watching the boats go by and we saw some great sunsets over Catalina island. The owners were extremely helpful and even set up a Christmas tree for us which we appreciated very much. The house is modern with nice bedding etc and nice touches throughout. Katherine, John and their assistant as also great hosts- kind and very responsive. And how could we ever forget the views and peaceful yet central location?!
