### Gated 6-bedroom Newport Beach Estate - near beaches and Fashion Island

Large recently-renovated private estate situated in Newport Beach's most exclusive gated neighborhood. This vacation home provides large families the opportunity to experience true Southern California luxury near some of the area’s greatest shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The home features 8,000 square feet of living area on expansive grounds with a private tennis court - a rarity in Newport Beach. The contemporary aesthetic is bolstered by an open floor plan with six bedrooms and nine baths, comfortably accommodating 12 guests.  
  
The outdoor areas provide plenty of room to relax and enjoy the California sunshine, featuring a large heated pool, fireplace and outdoor kitchen with barbeque and pizza oven. Smart audio-video technology throughout the home makes life easy. The incredible master suite is complete with ocean views and dual dressing rooms, bathrooms, and walk-in closets. The estate boasts two downstairs great rooms, a library, a large renovated and fully-equipped kitchen, indoor/outdoor dining areas, and upstairs multipurpose game room/lounge. Minutes from some of Orange County's best beaches, Pelican Hill Resort and Golf Course, shopping (Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza), and restaurants/nightlife.  
  
Separate arrangements for chefs, drivers, and maids can also be made throughout the stay.
