SECURITY EQUIPMENT: This property utilizes outdoor-only surveillance cameras and recording devices. There is a camera at the main south entrance facing outward, in the garage facing the exterior garage door, and on the third-floor rooftop deck facing the exterior that is not currently active. No cameras are installed inside the home, and all devices are used solely for exterior security purposes. The property is also equipped with noise-monitoring technology, such as decibel readers, to help protect the home, support guest safety, and ensure compliance with local ordinances. We were there four nights and didn’t want to leave. Great to have a separate bathroom for each bedroom and a washer and dryer. Close to the beach, bike paths, the pier, restaurants, and coffee. The chairs, umbrellas, wagon and footballs were a nice addition and we used them every day. After a day in the sun, it was great to relax on the rooftop terrace. This house is located one block from Feb sand. Many walkable restaurants. The inside is clean and modern and very spacious. Central air conditioning is a huge plus!! The owner was very responsive. When we first arrived the outdoor garbage cans were filled with garbage (it is picked up by the town once/week). We called the owner and he had the garbage removed the same day. Close to the beach. Great property. Nice and clean. All bedrooms are up at least one flight of stairs. It was great that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Garage is small. We rented a Chevy Traverse and it fit okay, but there was no way we could have gotten another vehicle in as well. Would definitely rent again. ##### Kristin M.
