You'll also find a gas fireplace, flatscreen TVs for streaming your favorite channels, washer/dryer, and central air conditioning to help you cool down after exciting days out and about in Newport Beach. This one property offers three separate vacation rentals, all of which may be rented separately or together as Sunshine Fun Time to accommodate up to 16 guests. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
