Our popular single family home is located on the quietest and friendliest block on the peninsula! This spacious and accommodating vacation home is the perfect set-up for family groups of all ages to take full advantage of beach activities, walking distance to grocery stores, shops and restaurants...No shared walls or ceilings! Here's what you'll find:

LINENS:
Bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee and are attractively installed. Four beach chairs are provided for our guests' use.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
 - Ground level front patio with outdoor table & seating for 6; propane gas bbq grill
 - Upper balcony (limited seating); accessed through upstairs living area

ALSO INCLUDED:
 - Wifi; 4 low-profile beach chairs; hair dryer; iron/ironing board, heating.
 - starter supplies: liquid hand soap; dish soap; dishwasher caps; sponge; kitchen trash bags; 2-4 rolls toilet paper; 1 paper towel roll (guests must supply additional amounts, along with their own personal toiletries/shampoo/conditioner)

DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. 

PARKING:
Two spaces in the double garage. Small to mid-size vehicles. Access via rear alley. General neighborhood street parking when available.

LAUNDRY:
Laundry facilities on-site. Guests must provide their own supplies.

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, and portable high chairs, jogger strollers, rollaway twin beds, etc. Contact us for more information!

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
