For those of you looking to spread out and enjoy your own space, this is the home for you! On the ground floor, you will find a cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit with a queen bed, a small patio with a charcoal BBQ, and the perfect spot to enjoy the coastal breeze. The unit also includes a spacious living room with a smart TV, featuring Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV+, and Hulu capabilities, making it a great spot to unwind after a day on the beach.  
  
On the second floor, you'll find a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit with stunning views and a laid-back vibe. This upper unit features a large master bedroom with a king bed, two additional bedrooms with queen beds, and a comfortable living area. Sliding glass doors open to the balcony, where you'll find a BBQ, table, and chairs for outdoor dining while taking in the ocean air.

Quiet Hours Notice  
Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.  
  
Pet Policy  
This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Certain breeds may not be permitted at the discretion of the property manager. Pets must not be left unattended. If a pet becomes a nuisance, including excessive barking, or poses a threat to other residents or guests, you may be required to remove the pet or your reservation may be canceled without refund. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may apply to cover any repairs or damages caused by pets.
