APT E (2 Bedroom, 2 Bath) – Larger layout with added convenience, great for those looking for extra space. Location Highlights: Prime Beachfront Location: Just steps from the beach, boardwalk, and Balboa Pier. Walk to Everything: Enjoy the convenience of being just 5-15 minutes away from 40+ restaurants, shops, the Balboa Fun Zone, and boat rentals.
