Thoughtfully designed with modern styling and premium amenities, this beachside retreat features an expansive rooftop deck complete with a private hot tub where you can soak while watching the waves roll in. Located just steps from the sand, shops, and local eateries, this home places you in the heart of the best Newport Beach has to offer. LINENS: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival. When we arrived, the AC was set at 78\. We set it to 70, which it never got there. We had to sleep with all the windows open to get it cooler in the house. Had a guy come and look at it, and he couldn't fix it. Jacuzzi was DISGUSTING when we arrived! It was green water and very murky, and had a lot of sand in it. We were not able to use it. The pool guy came the next day and "serviced it", but the water was still very murkey, and sand was still in it, so we did not feel comfortable going in it. Which was very disappointing because that was a big selling part of the house for us! Moldy deck from water spillage.Freezer not working, which made fridge do a constant "beeping" warning that the freezer was not at temp. Again - the whole first day we had to deal with it. The next day, someone came out to look at it, and apparently it was off the tracks, and he could not fix it. So they had to send someone else out, and then they were able to fix it. But multiple people coming out to "fix" things that should have been ready for us prior to our trip was super annoying. We are on vacation, not trying to have all these maintenance people come out and try to fix things while we are trying to enjoy our vacation. And they would just let themselves in! No privacy!Shower upstairs was backing up also, and the handle was broken in the shower.
