We had a group of six and this was the perfect size. We have stayed in other rentals on peninsula right on the beach, so we were hesitant to rent at this location (we were closer to 17th Street with prior rentals), but we loved the proximity to the grocery store and restaurants for this location. If you don’t have a car this is the perfect location plus if you do have a car it has to tandem garage parking spots. Kitchen has everything you need. Would definitely come back to this unit and rent again! ##### Mary S. Well stocked kitchen equipment,towels and beach towels are included which is very nice.We especially liked using the keypad instead of keys. This couldn’t have been a better spot and it was such a comfortable please to stay. One block from the sand and a short walk to Newport pier. Also the private garage parking was key.
