This mid century 4 unit building is located on West Balboa Blvd. It's perfect for walks on the beach to either pier location with many fine restaurants. It is also a short stroll to the Balboa Ferry, Fun Zone and Catalina Flyer. In the wee hours of the morning, when all is quite the surf can be heard. This "STUDIO" apartment has A/C, granite counter tops, updated cabinets, a full kitchen, small bathroom with shower, comfy queen size captain’s bed with drawer space underneath, Smart TV with Cable and Free Wifi. Garage Parking for a Sub-Compact Car.This ground floor unit overlooks the shared garden patio. Grill your own burger, steak or hot dog's on our Weber Gas BBQ. Beach Chairs and Beach Towels are provided for your use. One of the wonderful things to do is wake up grab a cup of coffee and go watch the surf roll in. What a beautiful place, the peninsula & so close to the beach & restaurants! Janet’s home was perfect for the two of us as opposed to a hotel that just gives you beds to sleep in & bathrooms! We loved the conveniences of home: the little living room, full kitchen, a little garage & lots of storage! For the most part, it was quiet where we were but could hear the neighbors a few times. As the reviews said, the home was very clean which made it that much more comfortable to stay there. This studio, while basic, had everything I needed and is great for one person. It was clean and the owners communicated well. I had no problem finding convenient street parking.
