The kitchen is adequately stocked, but if you are planning on doing some extensive cooking bring your spices, etc. Beds are comfortable, and love the fact this place has an AC!! ##### Erik H. We visited the Fun Zone via the Balboa Ferry had lunch in the Pavilion which was excellent. Scott the property manager was great to work with we wanted and extra day and was not a problem. It’s located perfectly between the quaint town center and the ferry to Newport Beach. We took enjoyable walks every day to these spots. There’s a delicious restaurant next to the apartment.
