This patio is only accessible through the home and is not shared. HOME LOCATION Centrally located on 39th St between the Bay and the Beach you never need to walk more than 15 seconds to put your toes in the sand! From the Volleyball courts on the beach, the bike path on the sand, or the Kayak/Paddleboard Launch on the bay you are never far from the excitement Newport Beach has to offer. From this location, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the Newport Peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike ride in one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far! Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away.
