The house is on the sand with direct beach access, no walkway, so no worrying about bikes or pedestrians. The house is dated but well-maintained.That said, a few things need attention:The fridge doesn’t close properly unless pushed firmly. A small inconvenience but easy to fix.The microwave above the range doesn’t work. A counter microwave was provided, but with limited counter space, it’s not ideal.The pans weren’t cleaned for breakfast the next morning. Again, a small issue that property management could improve.It’s been a year since I rented from this company, and the intake procedure was frustrating. The link they provided to upload additional info didn’t work, causing unnecessary delays. If this is now standard practice, I apologize, but if not, it’s an inconvenient process that adds extra steps outside of VRBO to seal the reservation.Overall, great location and convenience, but attention to these details could easily make this a 5-star property. ##### Harold R. Playing on the beach, enjoying Newport Restaurants, and cruising the harbor (all within a short Uber ride) from sun up to sun down was an incredible experience for our family. Driveway was a bit challenging with a big car but we made it work by finding space on the street for a second car. All around a great stay.
