Beach is beautiful and since it was December, it was not crowed at all. We enjoy our walks to the pier and it has lots of little shops and restaurants to eat. Everything was in walking distance. The house is nice and clean with enough space for kids to play. They enjoy the bunk beds (it was quite comfortable and the pillow was good to sleep on). Cute kitchen with every itensils & cookware you need. Kids grateful to have wifi. If we ever decide to do another trip to Newport, we would definitely stay here again. ##### Nga T. Great house for family to use as a base while visiting SoCal attractions. House was clean and located close to beach, Newport Pier, Fun Zone, stores and eateries. Great location with a great owner who's very accommodating. The location is fantastic- 1 block from the beach and across from the grocery store. Short walk to the pier and other shops.
