The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need for a 3 week stay. The beds were very comfortable. John, the host responded instantly to any requests, the checkin could not have been easier. The wood floor had just been refurbished and the cleaners had not got rid of all the dust. As soon as John was told the cleaners were back and the place was spotless. A superb location for enjoying Balboa Island and the Peninsula. We will book it again if we revisit Balboa. ##### Graeme B.
