The air conditioner return had a filter that was not installed and filled with black mold. There was a light hanging directly above the kitchen faucet too close to avoid potential electric shock. The dishwasher handle was broken. There was no ice or water dispense from refrigerator. There was a tripping hazard outside back door where loose boulders and asphalt was present. Strong gas propane smell outside. No hot water in upstairs main shower. No window coverings in downstairs bedroom.
