Enjoy the sunrise over the lake while you sip your morning coffee at our Little Lake House! Situated on the shores of Spring Lake, a nature-lover's paradise, our home is a peaceful retreat for you and your family. We've poured our hearts into renovating this home in a modern coastal style with luxurious finishes. This 1000 square foot cabin features a spa-like modern bathroom, a large King sized bed in the primary bedroom, a single-over-double bunk bed in the secondary bedroom, a full kitchen with all the basics you need to whip up an amazing meal, a comfy sectional and desk nook in the living room, and numerous other details that we hope you'll love. The open concept living room and kitchen looks out onto the expansive backyard and the picturesque lake. Hike, bike or kayak during the day, roast hot dogs at our lakeview firepit for supper, and then enjoy our free WiFi and board games at night. Our cabin is only a 10 minute drive to the town of Stony Plain where you can find grocery stores quaint local shops and restaurants, and it's only 35 minutes to West Edmonton Mall if you want a taste of the city life.

Please note:
- we allow ONE dog (NO cats) under 50 lbs per stay for an extra nightly fee - please disclose this upon booking so that we can have our pet amenities ready for you & cover our extra cleaning costs; a signed pet waiver will be required before your stay
- maximum 5 registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. We do not allow unregistered guests or parties of any kind.
- there is a 12km/hr speed limit on the lake and the shore has to remain natural (it has reeds & mud) to protect our wildlife
- we have a floating dock. Please be careful walking on it as it has some movement!
- YES, you can swim in Spring Lake in the summer months, and we recommend taking a floatie out to the deeper parts of the lake and always rinsing off afterwards
- we have an XL men's, L & M women's and Youth life jackets you can borrow, but please bring your own if you want to go in the water and require different sizes
- the back yard is expansive, but note that it is NOT fenced at this time
- please ensure you are monitoring pets and children at all times lakeside
- we have a security camera at the front of the property

Paradise in Alberta
We had an incredible week here at the Little Lake House. The pictures you see online are exactly what you walk into. The weather was perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the deck each morning looking at the lake. Having Kayaks was great. The only thing I would say is I wish the lawn had been freshly cut, the mosquitos were so bad, we would walk through the grass and stir them up and get eaten alive. But it was still an amazing stay. Sean and Christina went over and above to welcome us, they even checked in to make sure everything was good, we will definitely tell our friends about this little hidden gem, and we will be back. Thank you for everything. First time in a long time we just relaxed.

Amazing picture windows views
I stayed from June 16th to June 28th by myself to visit family living close by. I took my grandson for long walks almost every day. Very safe and peaceful area. Many walking trails and constant birdsong. Absolutely loved the house, clean, classy, cozy and relaxing :-)

From start to finish, this was an amazing rental experience. The property is clean, well furnished, and has everything we were looking for. The attention to detail from the hosts is notable, as they even provided for our dog (a cozy dog bed, poop bags, dog towels, treats)!
