This house has 3 bedrooms with 1-king, 1-queen and 1-XL twin bed. The main bedroom has a 42` smart TV. The main bathroom has a shower/tub combo with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. There is an additional 1/2 bathroom located in the basement.

The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave. All pots, pans and cooking utensils are provided. There`s also a single brew keurig/coffee maker with coffee, decaf and tea pods.

We also have a full-size washer and dryer located in the basement.

Guests will have access to the entire house. The driveway can accommodate several vehicles.

Check in instructions, address, WiFi password and WiFi smart lock (to enter the front door) will be sent prior to guest arrival. Check out instructions will be sent prior to guest departure.

Located on a corner lot in a neighborhood with both homes and nearby businesses, this home offers a convenient and charming setting. Guests may occasionally notice activity from the surrounding area, though the interior provides a comfortable and welcoming space to relax.

This house is secured by a security system and has one ring camera on the front porch pointing to the front yard and one camera facing the garage. There are no cameras inside the house. We respect our guest`s privacy when they stay at our house.

No events, parties or large gatherings. No smoking of any kind in the house. Quiet hours 10PM - 8AM. Must be at least 21 years old to book.

Check Out Procedures:
Rinse dishes and leave in dishwasher. Place dirty towels in bathroom tub. Bag trash and put in garbage/recycle cans. Leave all bedding on beds. Lock windows and doors. Leave heat at 65 degrees.
