For this price, we would never have expected poor cleanliness and maintenance. Things were broken, outdoor furniture was disgusting, rugs had not been vacuumed for a long time, there were many wasps nests in a rock wall that made outdoor area unusable until we sprayed and killed 20+ wasps. And last but not least, ghdd red stairs were very dangerous and 4 people in our party fell.
