High Barnes Park, a lush green space, is a short walk away. High Barnes Park, a lush green space, is a short walk away, perfect for picnics and outdoor activities. You have access to the full property When you enter the apartment you will be greeted by a long hallway leading you into your two spaces double bedrooms and then on into your living/dining room. Off from the centre of the property you have your additional bedroom and your kitchen which leads you to your fully functional bathroom. By Train: The nearest major train station is Sunderland Station, located approximately 1.5 miles from the property. From the station, you can take a taxi (about 5–10 minutes) or use local bus services. By Bus: Several local buses stop near the property. From Sunderland City Centre, take a bus heading towards High Barnes or Barnes Park. Alight at Chester Road / Royalty Theatre stop, then it’s a short walk (around 5 minutes) to High Barnes Terrace. By Car: If driving, the property is easily accessible via Chester Road (A183). Use postcode SR4 7HW in your satnav. From Newcastle Airport: Take the Metro from the airport to Sunderland Station (approximately 1 hour). From there, continue via taxi or bus as above. \- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. \- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
