Stunning Seaview Retreat is located in the charming coastal town of South Shields. This stunning 18th century house has recently undergone development into this new, luxury first-floor apartment. With stunning panoramic views of the North Sea, beach and park. The apartment is located in a sought-after area with easy access to tons of local attractions.  
  
Seaview Retreat can sleep a total of 5 guests comfortably. The property has a double bedroom with 1 double bed, a second bedroom which has a single bed with a trundle pull-out bed. There is also a large sofa bed in the lounge. The property has 1 full bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, basin and towel rail. The property also hosts a fully equipped kitchen. There is a high chair and a cot available upon request.  
  
Amenities include WiFi, a 50" smart TV, a selection of board games and books, hair straighteners, hair dryer, all towels and linen provided, complimentary teas, coffee, biscuits and condiments as well as basic cleaning supplies.  
  
Sorry no pets, parties, smoking or vaping. As a serviced apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay with lots of places to visit and award winning eateries. There is free street parking directly outside of the property.

Lovely apartment. Clean and tidy. Linen and Towels provided. Small condiments left which was a nice touch. Views over the park and sea which was lovely. Good powerful shower and comfortable beds. Five minute walk to the beach and amusements. Managed to park outside all weekend.Host was helpful sending all the information needed.
