Guest Access: Guests have sole access to the property The Neighborhood: Located on the outskirts of Newcastle, the city centre is still easily accessed within 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bus. There are a number of shops, restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance of the house. St James' Park is just a 10 minute drive away. Getting Around: It is a 20 minute bus journey into central Newcastle with its array of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife. There are a number of amenities, including bars and supermarkets in the local area surrounding the property. It's a 10 minute drive to St James' Park. Free parking is available at the property. Other Things to Note: Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available. Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable. We could never get a key to check in. Communication was extremely delayed. We spent so much time trying to check in and then ended up at a hotel that took even more time!!
