The property has a comfortable master bedroom with Queen sized bed and plenty of storage space. A second bedroom contains a bunk and a single bed. There are built in robes in the second bedroom with ample storage space. A modern kitchen allows for a dine in or alfresco options for the family. There is seating to capture the views overlooking the lake on the front deck and a BBQ setting out the back. A fully appointed laundry is available for your convenience, which includes a large washing machine, and dryer, ironing board and iron. There is a large grassy backyard for all to enjoy, and a corrugated iron outdoor bar area, with historic relics. The property has been lovingly built, up cycling elements from the original 1950's house in a contemporary way. Swansea is situated between the shores of Lake Macquarie and the nearby beaches of Blacksmiths and Caves Beach. There are ample opportunities to enjoy water sports, swimming, fishing, beach activities or just sitting and watching the sunset from the deck. There is a boat ramp across the road for the boating enthusiasts, and jetty to enjoy, with parklike surrounds. Both the days we spent there, the sunsets were absolutely divine and we were able to enjoy them while sitting on the front deck. Mal thought of everything,and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Very comfortable, and clean premises.
