The common areas are pretty. But the rooms are in serious need of painting and updating. We asked to be switched from our first room which had a broken shower head and bathroom fan and felt dingy. The staff was friendly and happy to accommodate however the second room didn’t feel much better. Not worth the money and I wouldn’t stay again.

Good location. Place is in need of updating. Very noisy, need a deep cleaning. Stayed for three days, and beds were never changed or made. Trash can emptied only after request was made. Will not be back.

Customer service was so great .. got stuck from a snow storm and they waived my early check in fee .. I was traveling from out of state and I was so exhausted,. I was so grateful!! my room was ready and so clean and all my amenities was in place .. thank you ,, I will stay there again during my travels.

we made our reservation months prior to our arrival but due to the crowd hotel has assigned as a disability room and did not change no matter how many times we ask them. There is a TV in the room but none of the channels were working. we insist to move to an other room, they changed it but the room has bugs all over the place and there is not a single utility in the room. i highly suggest you to book an other hotel if you want to have decent vacation.
