The breakfast was a mess. There was no oatmeal, no fruit and no eggs and about 4 soggy French toast sticks when I went down at 7am. Also there were no towels in the weight room and nothing to wash the machine down with after I finished. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Shower head didn’t have very much pressure but it worked.

This facility was switching over to digital on the day/evening of my arrival. It was causing problems at the desk creating room cards for those of us that had not uploaded the app, etc. It took a long time but the saving grace was how polite and apologetic the woman running the desk was thru it all. She even went upstairs with me and two other people who were checking in at the same time to make sure our room cards worked to open the door. Hampton Inn is lucky to have her.

Close to restaurants & Galleria Mall. Breakfast was ok. The store was low on items. Wasn't thrilled about the room, found strands of hair on the bed, but stayed 1 night, didn't make a fuss about it.

The card reader was broken during check in so the manager had to take down our card number by hand. The toilet in the room was clogged when we checked in and maintenance was not available until the next day. They changed out room to another one because of the toilet, and there were spider webs in the window of the new room, a candy wrapper on the floor, a used bar of soap in the bathroom, no shampoo in the shower, a stain on the mattress, and an empty tissue box in the bathroom. Probably the dirtiest rooms we've ever stayed in with Hampton Inn. Expedia should refund the price of the room as we used our points for the stay.

Room was spacious and clean, especially for a pet friendly hotel. Nice spot outside for dogs. Breakfast was good and beds were comfy.

We really didn't have much interaction with anyone other then the girl at the front desk which very pleasant. Everything was the way it should be so we had no need to ask for anything.

You stopped by the desk and asked me to come to the room. I accompanied you I told you, I understood that your wife was not comfortable, and bothered by it. I tried to ease her mind and suggested I change your room and that was when I said that should solve the problem also, I disposed of the rolly bug flushing it down the toilet. Please do not twist what I said to your benefit. I was trying to help your wife and child enjoy their time with us being that you were here for a wedding celebration. I hope that you have a wonderful holiday season.

The property doesn’t compare to other Hampton Inns we have stayed at. The closet was two hooks on the window wall. The lighting in the bathroom has not been updated. Extremely dingy. I expected more from a hotel charging over $400 per night.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our special needs. The property was excellent. There were a couple of minor details that were set right such as an ironing board missing from the room. One safety point however, the arrangement for hanging clothes exposes very sharp corners that should be marked prominently.
