This beautiful house offers breathtaking sea views and is perfect for families, couples, and dog owners seeking a memorable seaside getaway. Enjoy the comfort of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The Space: Twelve On The Terrace is situated on Newbiggin-by-the-Sea's beach front with stunning sea views from each and every window at the front of the property. You'll struggle to find another holiday let like this in the town. With a spacious living area, you’ll have ample space to unwind with your loved ones. Relax on one of the sofas or in the armchair and turn on the flat screen TV to keep up with your favourite shows. This space is also where you’ll find the property’s biggest selling point on the ground floor – the expansive, stunning sea views from the bay window. If you want to make the most of your self-catering stay, the house has a fully equipped kitchen. Also sharing this space is the dining area so it’s ideal for socialising and enjoying meals together. From the kitchen, you can walk through to the sunroom – a cosy snug at the back of the property that enjoys the warmth of the late afternoon sun. To the front is a long-enclosed garden with sea views, a corner seating area, and a table for outdoor dining. This garden is mainly decorative stone with a planted border including several rose bushes. To the back of the property is a small, enclosed yard with some potted plants. The house is beautiful....clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The interior design is contemporary, with lots of nice little touches. The books and games were a lovely addition.Beds were comfortable...we had a great night sleep in a very peaceful neighbourhood. The location is a very short walk to the beach, which was great for walking the dog. Lovely clean beach and very quiet... sometimes you had it all too yourself. This was a great base to go and explore the Northumberland coastline. We were able to get parked outside the house easily every day. Loved our stay and would recommend to others.
