This, nearly 3000sqft, home is located walking distance to old town Newberg Oregon, the northern gateway to the Willamette Valley Wine Country. The property has two fully independent living spaces (not connected internally). Both spaces are well stocked with all the kitchen essentials you may need and their is plenty of space for the whole family. The upper unit's main level is on the second floor of this 3 story home and include 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, a well stocked large kitchen, dining and living areas. The primary bedroom is on the main floor with its own bathroom and there is plenty of room upstairs with 3 additional bedrooms and an bathroom. The lower floor is a converted garage turned walk out basement with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.
