Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I would have given this property five stars, but it is extremely noisy there being right on Highway 99 and the railroad tracks. I’m not sure if trains are actively using the railroad tracks, but the sound of large trucks and people with trailers hitting the tracks is really annoying. The room itself was awesome and we loved it. The property did provide earplugs which we probably should’ve used, but we don’t like sleeping with earplugs so we chose not to. Communication five stars. Had a great weekend at Yamhill Flats. The location was perfect and walking to all downtown restaurants. The bed was so comfortable. Communication with property managers was prompt and the welcome bottle gift (bottle of wine, coffee and popcorn) was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, spices and tinfoil so preparing meals was effortless. Very comfortable bed and tidy/clean bathroom. We found Yamhill Flats and it was delightful. Nice downtown location making it easy to walk to dinner, easy access to lots of wineries. Room was clean and charming. Bed was comfortable. I was a little stressed about not getting the door code until the last minute but everything worked out like a charm. It was a great little get-away.
