"Fall trip. Great location on river, near Newaygo. Rooms were good size and nicely decorated. Quiet. Melissa was very helpful and readily available to assist if needed."
"This owner described the property as 2 bedrooms. There is a "master bedroom" - the ONLY true bedroom in the place. The other "bedroom" is an area BETWEEN the "living area (a couch, a fireplace and a TV mounted on the wall) and the "full"?? kitchen - a full=sized stove/oven, a counter with a bar sink, apartment sized refrigerator and about 2 feet of counter space. The "bedroom" area consists of a full-sized day bed with a twin-sized trundle under it and another couch. There are NOT two...
"This is the second time we’ve rented this house and it did not disappoint us again. We absolutely love the privacy, the views, the lake access, the rooms in the home, and the picnic table that fits all 12 of us is absolute perfect. We love this property and home so much, we will return again next year!"

"My husband and I stayed here for a short getaway. The place is very clean and well kept, cozy, and many amenities provided. The host is super kind. We spent most of our time fishing, we caught a ton of perch right off the pier, we also caught northerns, and bass. We used their kayaks, up and down the river, the river is beautiful and full of wildlife."
"Several good friends and I planned a bachelor party at Jenn's cottage in Croton as a weekend getaway to catch up and enjoy board games. I was expecting that the space would be cramped with eight adult men in it but was impressed by the quantity of space inside and outside the cottage. The dining room table was large enough for board games and snacks, and the living room proved a great spot to hang out. With the powerful A/C unit, the house stayed cool even in 80-degree weather. But the outside...
"Great place to gather for a group of six. The house was fully equipped with everything you need and more. There is a narrow road around the lake that is great for a long walk or run or a ride around with the golf cart that they provide. We had a great trip, and the hosts were very helpful and easy to reach."
"This was my first time staying on a property with the owner on the property and it worked out great. Frank was accommodating, checked in to see if we needed anything, and was friendly and easy to talk to. I noticed several things he did to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable which were greatly appreciated.
The sleeping arrangements don't allow for a lot of privacy but I think it would be ideal for a family with younger children.
Overall it was a great stay! Thanks for everything!"
