Good but not excellent. Quite noisy at night because it’s very close to major roads. Cleaning staff forgot to leave clean towels.

Room was comfy and clean. My only complaint was the low water pressure and cool water. I desperately needed a good hot shower upon check-in after traveling 😩 The morning shower was worst, the water wasnt even luke warm.

I spent 1 night at The Kenilworth. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The front desk receptionist was soo kind! They gave me complimentary cookies at check in. My room looked exactly like photos online, except the desk, and nightstands were kind of damaged. I really wish they had blackout curtains for the windows. Pillows were comfy, mattress was very uncomfortable. Overall, I’d rate my experience a 6/10
