#### Underrated property 

Location is close to everything if you plan a trip to New York City. Property was clean and well maintained. Safe secure building. Also had nice additional amenities such as coffee, sugar, pots and pans etc. Excellent communication from property manager. Definitely will stay at their properties again.

#### Great stay

My only negative is that there were only 2 bath towels for the three of us. The apartment was great and very clean. The checkout process was simple and easy. Everything was as described. I k ow the towels would have been fixed if I asked. We managed and it was fine.
