Living area with seating area, coffee table and wall mounted TV. Dining room with a table and chairs. One full bath located in the hall, with tub and shower, and one sink & vanity. The Apartments at Pine Brook are conveniently located in Newark, Delaware, with easy access to a variety of transportation options. By car: The apartments are located near major highways, making it easy to commute to Philadelphia, Wilmington, and other nearby cities. By public transportation: The DART bus system provides service to the apartments, and the Newark Amtrak station is just a short drive away. By bike: The apartments are located near several bike paths, making it easy to get around town by bike. I’d also recommend that they check and replace all batteries in the remote and front door lock, especially for long-term stays. I once experienced the door not locking properly because the battery needed replacement.
