Christina was always attentive, kind, and very professional, a wonderful host in every sense.The apartment’s location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of Manhattan, perfectly central and close to all major areas of the city: north, south, east, and west. Whether heading to Central Park or SoHo, you’re right in between! It’s also near every major subway line, making it extremely convenient.The view is absolutely breathtaking! The apartment faces the Empire State Building itself, one of the most iconic landmarks in the world. The space is beautifully organized and comfortable, with great attention to detail. The motorized King Plus bed, with massage and adjustable settings for back and knees, was an unexpected luxury!The shower and bathtub are excellent, with perfect water pressure and temperature — ideal for relaxing after exploring the city. Laundry and drying facilities inside the apartment make everything even easier.The building, The Epic (theepic.com), is iconic, elegant, modern, and secure, with 24-hour doorman service and a friendly staff. Everything can be accessed through the Alta Open app, including the gym, lounge, and office areas.Christina is not only an excellent host — she’s someone I now consider a friend. Having lived in Manhattan before, I can confidently say this is the kind of apartment I would love to call home. The apartment is exactly as appears in the pictures and the view is breathtaking. The apartment is in great condition and is very quiet which is an often a challenge when staying in Manhattan. The location is very central with lots of restaurants, shopping and access to several subway lines nearby. If you enjoy walking, it is very easy to walk down to Madison Square Park, Union Square or over to the HighLine and Hudson Yards. In just a few subway stops you can be at Central Park or Soho. Clinton was a great host, very responsive and helpful.
