We stayed in a 2 bedroom which spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The rooms are a little spartan, no rugs, but that makes sense as its a pet friendly apartment. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable and windows have blackout shades. Smart tvs and Wifi very good. The location cannot be beaten. Tons of restaurants around of all ethnicities. A lovely little diner on the corner and several markets. If you are in town for a medical reason the hospitals are all within a 5-6 block walk. I am staying again in a few weeks. ##### Sharon L. We also felt safe in the area with no difficulty getting to subway options. While the property was clean, the carpet had stains and a slipcover was on the couch. White is probably not a good idea for a rental. The building is a little shabby and doesn’t smell great. Check in process was awkward (required reaching out on my part to get access instructions).
