super sejour au st giles
nous avons trouvé l'hôtel très bien situé! les chambres sont grandes et confortables. le personnel est très agréable et toujours disponible. une mention spéciale pour Tommy le concierge qui nous a apporté son aide à plusieurs reprises! tout etait tres bien! y compris la vue directe sur l'empire state building!

Bonne hôtel nous avons été surclassé, cependant la Clim de l'étage supérieur faisait un bruit d'enfer. nous dormons avec les boules quiez donc cela ne nous a pas dérangé. L hôtel est très bien situé et le personnel dans l'ensemble est charmant sauf les deux femmes de l'accueil

The Court est probablement plus un hôtel 3* qu'un 4* mais il est très bien situé à 2 pas de Grand Central et propose des chambres spacieuses et confortables pour un tarif plutôt intéressant. Comme pour beaucoup de quartiers à New York, le bruit est omniprésent et la rue se fait plus ou moins entendre dans l'hôtel suivant là où se situe la chambre.

Présent cinq jours à New York pour un maximum de visite sur les différents sites les plus connus. Ville très agréable et des gens très sympas.

je séjourne souvent à New York dans ma famille et j'ai réservé cet hôtel dont l'accueil et le confort était aussi bien qu'à la maison Merci et bravo au management

Parfait sauf le bruit
Tout était parfait sauf en ce qui concerne un problème qui semble général dans les hôtels à New-York : le bruit. Climatisation (chauffage) très sonore. Bruit de la rue énorme. Les doubles vitrages semblent ne servir à rien.

Grande chambre. Ce qui est appréciable à Manhattan car très rare. Idéalement placé près de grand central. Gym dispo dans l hôtel d à côté. J y retournerais sans hésiter !

Pas de ventilation et concierge innefficace
la chambre était parfaite en grandeur , confort , propreté , mais la chaleur était intense , nous avons fait venir 3 fois le technicien sans succes , le directeur n'a pas voulu nous changer de chambre , pretextant une pleine capacité. Il nous a offert 50$ de réduction et deux petit déjeuner. Le concierge a fait des réservation dans un restaurant chic , traditionnel et sans trop d'ambiance , quand notre demande était , bonne bouffe pas cher, ambiance dynamique , décontracté..... a notre arrivé au resto on a rebroussé chemin pour aller ailleurs.

Lo había reservado con 10 meses de anticipación y 3 meses antes del viaje, me escribieron informándome que clausuraron The Court y nos cambiaban gratuitamente al hotel hermano The Tuscany, por gran suerte, ubicado enseguida. En cuanto al hospedaje, estuvo muuy aceptable, buena limpieza de habitación, excelente ubicación (10 min de Times Square caminando) y buena atención en la recepción (nos atendieron 3 personas diferentes para simples preguntas en nuestras 6 noches y todas hablaban español, excelente). Así como la vista de nuestra habitación, fue impresionante. Muchas gracias!!

Disappointing.
No toilet paper twice after asking a second time. I had to ask the maid for some from her cart. Shower drain inoperative both days I stayed, no permanent fix after I asked. Bed OK, room clean, staff functional. No more than 2 star, but convenient for my needs.

Great Location
I always try to stay at the Court. The staff is wonderful and location is close to Grand Central Station. Really good restaurant sin the area. The hotel needs updating but is still worth going.

Falling apart
This hotel has not been properly maintained, there is practically no service and no one seemed to be in charge. We had to ask for toiletry and wash clothes upon arrival, and then help ourselves from the cart in the hallway. The carpet in the room was repaired with tape, the bathroom was rusted, furniture finish pealing. The heating system needed a maintenance person to make it work three times in a 7 day stay. The explanation for this disarray: this hotel will be closed at the end of April '18, so maintenance is at a minimum. The rating of 3.9 does not reflect today's reality - except for the location. This used to be a great place to stay during our past trips to NYC, not anymore.

Perfekte Lage in der Stadtmitte
Gutes komfortables Hotel, dass dazu noch sehr gut gelegen ist. Die Einrichting ist nicht die modernste aber der Komfort stimmt. Das King-Size Bett ist seht bequem und riesig. Preis-Leistung voll i.O. Die Scheiben sind nicht gerade bestens isoliert, das heisst man hört den Strassenverkehr gut. Eine Lösung dazu wäre Zimmer in oberen Stockwerken zu wählen.

This place was really dirty. There was physical dirt, dust, stains and holes in most things, and I have attached a couple pictures for a sampling of the grossness. In addition, when I first arrived, I noticed that the toiletries in the bathroom had been used and there was no soap. When house-keeping came by the next day, they took away all the dirty towels, but didn't replace them. The bed was "made" like it had been made by toddler. By the way, if a toddler had made the bed like that, I would give them a gold star, but not a paid professional. No. In addition, the gym is not onsite. It's too bad, because the bar downstairs is really nice. That's about the only good thing I can say about this place.

Fantastic Hotel in a Centrally Located Area
Unreal hotel and service! Centrally located in the heart of Manhattan, you do not need a car you can walk everywhere. We walked from the hotel to MSG, TImes Square, Rockerfeller Center etc.

Very convenient location in midtown Manhattan.
Perfect location, great price for stay. Room very big. Just bathroom kind of old, rusty bathtub with bad drain and shower head little broken. But you can definitely take a shower and stay clean. Bed very comfortable. I will definitely stay at the same hotel when visiting NYC next time.

A gem and a bargain
By NYC standards, the room was notably large. Very friendly staff. Quiet. Unusually good gym available at the (more expensive) sister hotel next door. Not opulently furnished, but a relatively charming older building. Extraordinarily good value for the (below Holiday Inn / Comfort Hotels) price range. At anything like this price, will definitely stay there again

This has to be one of the dirtiest gloomy hotels I have ever been to. It’s more of a run down germ infested motel. Housekeeping should all be fired filthy bathrooms hair everywhere, bed skirts had white gross stains.

The hotel is shutting down and you really feel it. I used to stay there in the past and it was fine but this time was awful. The first room that I stayed in was in an unacceptable condition with large stains on the floor, lights that did not work and incredibly noisy. I asked to change room and nobody got back to me for 3 days. They finally gave me a different room which was a lot better, but it was too late to change my negative impression. They are clearly shutting down and not putting any energy into it.

Quite Pleased
I have become a hotel junkie. I just book hotels cause I have always loved staying at hotels of all levels. Actually I should create my own column on hotel stays lol. This hotel, its location, surroundings, pricing, staff, one can not really go wrong. The welcoming front desk staff are attentive, and quick upon check in. Geez, I temporarily forgot thee blond ones name but the 3 times I have been here thus far she has been most sweet. Now, the rooms. I started with the KBR. Over 440 ft. Most spacious. Loved the long bathroom. Women would love that extra vanity area. The chaise chair was comfortable as was the bed and pillows. I normally have fights with beds and pillows and didnt nearly fight as much here. Wifi was iffy, a bit slow but most hotels are. I had a smaller KBR, but cozy, and had a balcony. Only thing is you can see and hear your neighbors when out there. Blocking off that would be awesome for temporary privacy. The rates are most reasonable and if you look good enough can even find a better one for their rooms. Walking distance to everything, whether there for business or pleasure. There is no doubt during my bouncing around of hotels, I will find myself back here for another stay.
