Le petit dej est servis dans un sac plastique, il n’y a pas de sachet de thé etc je ne recommande pas de le prendre ##### Amelie Séjour de 7 nuits en décembre 2024 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### nicole Voyage en famille 19 déc. 2024 Points faibles : Propreté, service et personnel, état et installations de l’hébergement et confort de la chambre. #### Hôtel à fuir Séjour passable car le menage de la chambre a été fait 1 fois sur 9 jours et juste sur ce qu’il ce voyait jamais un coup de balai sous les lits, les draps non jamais été changer sur tout le séjour, le ménage de la salle de bain a été fait 2 fois uniquement sur 9 nuits. Le petit déjeuner été servie dans un sac et non en buffet et il était affreux. De plus la fréquentation dans l hôtel laisse à désirer. Les seul points positif étaient le métro à 5 minute à pied pour rejoindre Manhattan, et un supermarché à côté, un seul agent d accueil a été très agréable. Slept a whole night with half the mattress sunken in and the other half spring is digging in my back.. the room is so noisy. You can hear every single thing in the hallway and the train is right outside your window. The room smelled absolutely horrific. I couldn’t figure out where the smell is coming from. It’s strange, but the walls in the room were filthy. I don’t think they’ve ever been wiped down or cleaned. I didn’t mind the area outside. Parking was a challenge but I found a place to park every night The shower was hot, clean towels every day.
