Property is conveniently located near many of NY’s attractions. Breakfast being included / provided was helpful. Valet parking was advertised but there is no valet parking. A discount voucher was provided and we had to park about 2.5 blocks away in a parkade and walk back to the hotel from there. Room had a previous guest’s underwear and socks left behind a chair.

Stayed at a few spring hill suites, love the contemporary and frankly unexpected feel of the decor and moderate price. A bit small for a suite, but its NYC and a lot ofthe right elements are there. Staff is knowledgeable friendiy and keep the premises secured 24/7. Free breakfast in the am is a plus, good for both business and leisure traverlers.

Friendly staff, Good Location, For NYC standards, big rooms. Speedy elevators. Only downside was the breakfast. Limited options and very crowded.

Hotel was great. Rooms were nice and clean when we checked in. The morning breakfast had a really good variety and selection. Staff was friendly and helpful. And this last thing should get 5* alone, but the elevators were super fast. Never waited more than a minute for one.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel in New York and overall, my experience was positive. However, I wanted to share a couple of suggestions that I believe could enhance the guest experience even further. Firstly, regarding the breakfast offerings, while I appreciated the quality of the food, I found that having the same items every morning became somewhat repetitive. Introducing some variety and rotating options could make the breakfast experience more enjoyable for guests. Additionally, I noticed that there was limited information provided at the reception about the surrounding tourist attractions and shopping areas. It would be beneficial if the staff could offer more detailed guidance and recommendations to guests, as it would greatly enhance their overall stay and exploration of the city. Thank you for considering my feedback. I genuinely enjoyed my stay at your hotel and believe that implementing these suggestions could further elevate the guest experience.

Really nice rooms larger than normal NYC hotels of similar grade. Just one thing they did not mention to me there was a 50 dollar deposit per day so 6 days 300. But over all good stay. Breakfast was hot and ok same mostly daily eggs and one meat item

We stayed on 2nd floor, our view was construction on a roof, we would have preferred a higher floor. We felt very safe. Very convenient to midtown activities, close to metro and walk to Penn station. Nice to have breakfast, but once it ended, it ended. No coffee refills during the day, but able to use coffee maker in room

We stayed in room 307 12/1-12/4/23. The room was nice sized, clean, and the beds were comfortable. This was our first in NYC and we only had a weekend to pack in all the toursity things we wanted to do. The location of the hotel was PERFECT for the occassion. Close to everything. I don't have a single negative thing to say. The trip was fantastic (got home this afternoon) and the hotel added to the experience.

Breakfast was wonderful. I love the eating area, feeling very cozy and homey. Love the nice soft bed. Love that it is so walkable everywhere. I would stay at the same place again when I visit NYC next time. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation!

Hotel is great, like that it is centrally located. Staff has been friendly and helpful. Lots of construction happening around the hotel though, not its fault of course but inconvenient.
