The conveniently located building in the heart of Battery Park City is located one block from the water and Hudson River Park, the building features views of the Hudson River, New York Harbor, the Statue of Liberty, the downtown skyline, and access to Rector Place Park, which is located directly across the street.   
  
All residences offer high-quality oak flooring, modern integrated appliances, and luxurious surfaces and materials, as well as kitchen and bathroom accessories from Clodagh's own design collections. The warm eastern theme is apparent throughout each unit as both the kitchen and bathrooms have these unique design detailing. Kitchens are equipped with stainless steel appliances by Liebherr and the marble baths are complimented with a deep soaking tub.   
  
The building also features a wide variety of incredible amenities which include; a 24-hour concierge service, on-site tailor and dry cleaner, resident lounge off the lobby, a two-story state-of-the-art fitness center that leads up to a 40-foot indoor atrium-style pool with dramatic over-sized skylights, men's and women's locker rooms, steam room, a 360 degree landscaped - furnished roof-deck / sun terrace with outdoor dining and grilling plus a fully furnished cabana which can be rented out for private events, laundry facilities and a children's playroom on the 2nd floor.
