Minimum is 1 month. Maximum is 12 months. In the northern section of the New York City borough of Manhattan is the well-known neighborhood of Harlem. A two-bedroom garden duplex apartment is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of a classic brownstone on 118th street, between 7th Avenue and Lenox Avenue. Highlighted in this apartment is the private backyard garden and in-unit laundry. This 1,700-square-foot (around 158 m2) contemporary two bedroom furnished apartment features hardwood flooring throughout, high ceilings, air conditioning and updated amenities. • The main parlor floor contains the open living area furnished with a chaise sofa sleeper, TV, shelving, and a seating nook with natural light perfect for reading or a morning coffee. • A half bath is also located on this floor with white tile and an emerald accent color. • Sightlines continue through to the back of the apartment where is the dining area and kitchen are located. The large dining table can fit up to six people. The kitchen has a dark blue accent color, wooden cabinets, and black appliances. • The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed on a platform bedframe. High ceilings with a fan, air conditioning, a dresser, two nightstands, and a small table are all included in this room. • There is a walk-through closet and a full bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub/shower combination and white subway tile. • A door to the backyard makes this perfect for indoor/outdoor living. An outdoor oasis is hard to find in NYC. The Cabana covered seating area is a great place to enjoy in all seasons. The backyard is landscaped and has a tall fence for privacy. Year around outdoor grilling. • This spacious second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, a built-in desk, a dining table, two closets, and air conditioning. This spacious private bathroom is designed with classic subway tile walls and a rainfall showerhead in the bathtub/shower. • This second bedroom has a private entrance and outside alcove space for a table/chairs and/or for extra storage space.
